I have so much to write and share...but right now i feel so empty, blank and can't seem to write anything...a whole lot has been happening to me lately...lots of transformation and each passing day- I discover a new me...right at this moment i just cant seem to share it...guess the excitement is not there right now...am kind of fagged out...never knew final year and project could really take my time and drain me this much...when i get the inspiration and zeal to share, then i will...guess it is time for me to get off...
Going out on Friday night was not on my agenda but when the pangs of hunger and the desire to eat something entirely different from the conventional food...I was quick to jump at the offer...
To my topic...when my friends and I were told we are visiting a stripper's club...we were actually not enthusiastic about it as we have been to one and the girls danced in their bras and pant throughout...we were in for a shocker
...On getting to the venue, we still had the same view as the girls were still in their normal bikini bra and g-strings...when the show finally started my friends and I had our mouths opened throughout our stay in the club.
Shakira and Beyonce would go green with envy if they only saw some of this girls dancing...there was actually one who would make any woman go green with envy if she is ever caught dancing with one's hubby.
If I had been given the gist, would have said it was a lie as my other friends had said when we gisted them...I saw young ladies naked to the full glare of all.
This was a whole lot different from the one we watch on TV...trust Nigerians to be different...the rules of the game was totally bent and this was more like a parade of prostitutes...because I know strippers are not to be touched by the men...we actually saw one of the strippers been fingered by a guy...It actually lacked professionalism as this is a Job to these girls
These ladies we were told are student from various universities of the nation...and they were all beautiful... I am sure some sought of recruitment was done because this girls were all tall and curvy...they could past out for models...
One of the girls offered to dance for us and she was just too good...we had our fun that night and it was really amazing to know that there are a lot of coded venues like that in Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.
I am really sad and angry...sad at the death of a neighbour and angry at the cruel murderer who put an end to his life abruptly.
Cultism to me was an over flogged issue...until recently. Cultism was a thing of the past and old fashioned. Maybe because in my school it is a coded thing...I have being introduced to a couple of guys who are said to be cultist in school but they all seem normal and since no act of violence has being perpetrated by these guys in recent years...I was never bothered by their activities and I don't step my boundaries. I narrowly escaped a cultist attack in a school way back in 2003 but it has seen being a stale gist in my life...
Yesterday night my neighbor came to inform us that his wife's brother was killed five days ago. This is one guys I have always admired...He was cool, respectful, quiet, easy going and really cute (though i am told this was a facade). He was killed in school during a cult clash at a party...His remains was found four days after in the bush by the police, who contacted his father... His brother-in-law had to identify and bury him in the town yesterday...What a way to live and be buried...he is an only son with lots of sisters...His death is to remain a secret from the family(only the parents and in-law know, even the wife is left in the dark).
My Perfect image of the guy came crashing as I was informed that he had always being a cultist...having had to be expelled from his first school in his final year over same issue...He nearly lost his life then...He had to start school all over from the beginning and still he went back to the same thing that nearly killed him...and that same thing has ended his life. What a shameful way for a PASTOR one and only son to die... His death is to be kept a secret...it is convenient and a good lie can be come up with... As my mother says it is nemesis that caught up with him.
Just that I don't want to change my beautiful image of him and I pray to God Almighty to forgive him his sins...and to his killer may nemesis also catch up with him

One of my favourite housemates in the in AMBO3 house was evicted in the person of Odion Taiye Odiagah simply because the viewers felt she was miserable....Odion Taiye Odiagah throughout her stay in the house always kept a straight face and hardly laughed...even the voice always said he has tried all his best to pull a smile out of her face...
Odion like many of us have always been confused as frowning...I have heard a number of times when people tell me to just smile and get out the frown...I have always had to tell people that all I have is a straight face and nothing else...We straight faced people always know it when we are frowning...and our laughter is always seen as a smile...
Nothing can be done...we cannot change who we are and the shape of our face...are we expcted to always have a grin on our face, then every one tends to think you are stupid....
I hope people get to understand that the fact we have a straight face on doesn't mean we are miserable, angry or sad...it is just us being who we are....

Adrenaline high...anxiety overboard...this was my feeling by the time I was called up to faclitate my session at the just concluded NLDS is Calabar...For weeks I have worked on my powerpoint presentation...having to get feedback from my Coach, MC responsible and couple of friends...making sure the powerpoint was not boring and was educative enough to pass out the intended message...I also had this fear of not being able to capture the mind of the delegates...the days before this had really been challenging...The time came and I did what I had to do...I got really great thumps up from my fellow FACIs...but I guess the delegates would know better as they were the once the whole presentation was for...
Left Lagos yesterday for the longest journey I have ever embarked on in my life...12 hours in a bus with fellow facis( Niyi Adeyemi, Kole Abifarin, Vincent Opoku)...my mum was calling almost every four hours to find out if I had gotten to my destination...passed through Anambra, Abia, Imo and Akwa Ibom...The Country is actually green and beautiful...Hope to have a wonderful and exciting time in Calabar.
Really am amazed at the hype given to the attack on Tuface...every one seems to know now that the country is not safe...i wonder when the country, the continent and the world in general is ever safe...countless of Nigerians have emigrated the country one the basis of the insecurity of the country all thanks to the military era and the military juntas of that time...Recently Lucky Dube was shot dead in his country..there was a real outcry and we are made to see the great danger of South africa...but no one there is talking so much about emigrating just because of that...the South African is foreve proud of their homeland...in contrast to the average Nigerian.
Nigeria has always been known for its insecurity issues...everyday a man gets kidnapped (thanks to the militant of theNiger delta), shot and the unlucky ones die...No one gets to talk, care or give a damn when an orginary citizen gets shot or killed but when a star is shot or killed... then every one starts to care
everyone is saying...why would any body want to hurt Tuface or any of the Best brains in the country...
BUT the question is WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO HARM OR KILL A FELLOW BEING...

Today is the 1st day of Ramadan...Period of reflection, dedication and full commitment in seeking Allah"s favour and forgiveness... A period to look back with gratitude, look forward with hope and look up with confidence and thank Allah for making us see another blessed month...A time to relent not, sleep not...call Allah every seconds and seek for His forgiveness...RAMADAN KAREEM to all muslims.
I have just been selected NST Manager for Knowledge Management and Information Systems for AIESEC Nigeria...this is one selection I really did not expect...considering the fact that I only have basic experience in Information Systems and I have not been functional for some time ...This is going to be a really great challenge I hope to overcome and I am really grateful to the VPTM in the person of Adeyemi Adeniyi for presenting me this opportunity to exploit that unknown part and also for believing in my ability...I hope to have a wonderful year...achieving my goals and contributing my quota to the development of AIESEC Nigeria and the organization as a whole.
I finally handed over my position yesterday as VP OGX of AIESEC Lagos... I tell you it was a wonderful experience which I would never trade for any thing else...Having to work real hard without a team to achieve ma goals...making sure to put smile on the faces of all SNs by getting them wonderful and truly challenging internships as promised...having to convince them to go to a country which they never dreamt of visiting and knew no one...my joy knew no bounds when my SNs send me mails on their experience and how grateful they were... getting to talk and chat with other exchangers round the world without having to physically see each other...sharing our challenges and realizations...and most of all having to double the exchange result of the year before leading to an 100% growth increase...i tell you it was a great experience of a life time
I have been in a semi-serious relationship for couple of weeks now with this guy whom I really liked. What attracted him to me was his straightforwarness and intelligence. I actually enjoyed hanging out with him because he was so much fun to hang with.
A week into our relationship, I found out he had a serious relationship with some lady who is not based in lagos. I didn't mind, as I wasn't interested in been serious with him and it was much more convenient for me.
But lately, I feel the need to break free from the relationship as I don't feel happy in it anymore-not that he has done anything wrong. He does all he can in his own best way to always be there and make me happy. There is just the feeling in me that the connection is no longer there and His attention is divided between the lady and I.
There are too many issues to contend with and am not sure I want to deal with such issues now. There comes a time when a woman wants her very own man, not a man who is already taken and whose attention is taken
What I want is a relationship with endless possibilities and a man I can also share my dreams, plans, success and fears with. he can't offer me these, afterall no one is able to offer what is not his/her to offer.Having said these, I wished things were different and He was mine to love.
I am deciding not to sette for less in life as well as love
I have been accused of having an attitude and am told i don't relate well with people. I am not trying to defend my self but I believe different people have different opinions of me. As regards the issue of attitude, I know i am kind of guitly of these but I believe we all have our weakness and mine should not be used against me. Those who accuse me of having an attitude only jugde me from that angle and have refused to see and accept the other side of me.
I have an attitude only when I am not in the mood and I believe I have the right to mood swings which is peculiar to all human beings. When I am in a bad mood, I love being alone and not bother, till I get my self back, but that is when every see seems to get on ma nerve.
Right now I am trying all I can to overcome my attitude problem but i believe it's not fair for people to use it against me.
